Senior UX Writer / Content Designer (English and Russian speaking)

Job Description

Lightspeed is seeking a Senior UX Writer (Content Designer) to join their team in Yerevan, Armenia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for writing and editing texts for the E-Series product interface, creating UX scenarios, and developing a culture of writing high-quality text. They will also assist junior team members, create and update team documentation, and contribute to defining content strategy.

Role Involves:

• Writing and editing texts for the E-Series product interface
• Creating UX scenarios with product managers, designers, and developers
• Finding ways to deliver value and solve product problems with text
• Developing and maintaining a culture of writing high-quality text
• Assisting junior team members and helping with new member onboarding
• Creating and updating team documentation
• Contributing to defining content strategy for product areas
• Implementing and overseeing content design methodologies and best practices
• Offering improvements for team members and stakeholders to grow team productivity

Requirements:

• 2+ years of professional experience in UX writing
• Background in editing, media, journalism, UX research, or technical writing (as a plus)
• Familiarity with design tools like Figma
• Full proficiency in English & Russian
• Empathy and ability to identify user pain points
• Attention to detail and effective writing skills
• Ability to organize workflow and meet deadlines
• Ability to build communications within a team and with other departments
• Ability to understand technical implementations and limitations
