Lightspeed is seeking a Group Product Manager to join their Foundation team within the Financial Services division. This role involves owning the product direction, strategy, and implementation for key areas of Payments and Capital products. The Group Product Manager will lead and mentor a team, fostering an inclusive work environment, and collaborate with various teams to enhance the merchant experience through a seamless financial ecosystem.

Requirements:
5-8 years of product management experience in SaaS products.
Experience in e-commerce and/or SaaS products.

Expertise in leading cross-functional teams and driving product vision.
Excellent communication skills.

Collaborative mindset.
Expertise in Agile/Scrum product development.
Understanding of product success metrics.
