Staff Product Manager, Capital

Job Description

Lightspeed is seeking a Staff Product Manager to join its Capital team. This role involves collaborating with Data Science, Risk, and Growth functions to build systems and models for capital eligibility decisions. The Staff Product Manager will mentor other Product Managers and contribute to product strategy development, roadmap management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Define and execute product strategy.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, risk, and growth teams.
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps.
• Create detailed Product Requirements Documents.
• Represent Product within the squad.
• Track and analyze the impacts of product changes.

Requirements:

• 8–10 years of experience in product management for complex, data-heavy platforms.
• Expertise in leading cross-functional teams and defining product vision.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Deep knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Experience working across multiple squads and time zones.
