Lightspeed Commerce is seeking an energetic and results-oriented Account Manager to join their vibrant sales team in Berlin. This role involves managing a portfolio of clients in the gastronomy and hotel sectors, supporting their business growth with Lightspeed's financial services.

Role Involves:

  • Providing top-tier customer care and advice regarding Lightspeed Capital.
  • Building strong relationships as a trusted advisor and identifying new financial service opportunities.
  • Negotiating contracts and closing deals to maximize revenue and customer growth.
  • Achieving sales goals through strategic account management and close collaboration with regional sales managers.

Requirements:

  • Experience in outbound sales, ideally with financial products.
  • Proven success in achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Confident demeanor when dealing with executives and decision-makers.
  • Eagerness for continuous learning, feedback, and personal growth.
  • Self-motivation and a strong desire for success.
