Lightspeed Commerce is seeking an energetic and results-oriented Account Manager to join their vibrant sales team in Berlin. This role involves managing a portfolio of clients in the gastronomy and hotel sectors, supporting their business growth with Lightspeed's financial services.
Role Involves:
- Providing top-tier customer care and advice regarding Lightspeed Capital.
- Building strong relationships as a trusted advisor and identifying new financial service opportunities.
- Negotiating contracts and closing deals to maximize revenue and customer growth.
- Achieving sales goals through strategic account management and close collaboration with regional sales managers.
Requirements:
- Experience in outbound sales, ideally with financial products.
- Proven success in achieving and exceeding targets.
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Confident demeanor when dealing with executives and decision-makers.
- Eagerness for continuous learning, feedback, and personal growth.
- Self-motivation and a strong desire for success.
