Job Description
Lightspeed is seeking a Team Lead to support the Manager of Direct Sales in growing the London hospitality vertical. This role involves supporting the team in exceeding objectives through training and coaching. The Direct Sales team is in hyper-growth mode, expanding its team and reach.

What this role involves:
  • Supporting the Manager in mentoring and motivating the team
  • Providing guidance, training, and coaching to team members
  • Assisting in analyzing, reporting, and taking action on pipeline metrics
  • Helping develop Inbound initiatives to maximize team performance
  • Collaborating internally to maximize working relationships
  • Supporting the Manager in driving performance to meet goals

Lightspeed is looking for someone who has:
  • Experience coaching or leading a team
  • Sales experience in a B2B environment
  • Strong understanding of sales best practices
  • Proven closing skills
  • Ability to meet and/or exceed sales targets
  • A quantitative approach to decision-making
  • A passion for coaching and helping team members evolve
  • Ability to thrive in a competitive environment
  • An entrepreneurial and agile mindset
