Lightspeed is seeking a Full Cycle Account Executive to focus on new business in the DACH region. The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth by identifying and engaging with high-value clients in the Hospitality industry. This Berlin-based role requires a proactive and results-driven sales professional with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a direct sales environment. The Account Executive will act as a trusted advisor, understanding client challenges and delivering tailored solutions.
What this role involves:
- Prospecting and identifying new business through telephone and email communication.
- Qualifying leads and assessing their needs to determine the best Lightspeed solution.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Negotiating terms and closing deals with potential clients.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and pipeline management.
- Staying up to date with industry trends and competitor offerings.
Requirements:
- Outbound experience, cold calling, lead gen.
- Ability to excel under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
