Lightspeed is seeking a Full Cycle Account Executive to focus on new business in the DACH region. The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth by identifying and engaging with high-value clients in the Hospitality industry. This Berlin-based role requires a proactive and results-driven sales professional with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a direct sales environment. The Account Executive will act as a trusted advisor, understanding client challenges and delivering tailored solutions.

What this role involves:

  • Prospecting and identifying new business through telephone and email communication.
  • Qualifying leads and assessing their needs to determine the best Lightspeed solution.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Negotiating terms and closing deals with potential clients.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and pipeline management.
  • Staying up to date with industry trends and competitor offerings.

Requirements:

  • Outbound experience, cold calling, lead gen.
  • Ability to excel under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
