Lightspeed is seeking a Strategic Account Executive to join their Sales team in Berlin. This role focuses on acquiring new business in Germany, specifically targeting high-value clients in the hospitality sector. The Strategic Account Executive will identify, develop, and close strategic deals, contributing significantly to Lightspeed's growth.
Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients in the hospitality sector.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans.
- Build a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
- Conduct product demos.
- Manage complex sales cycles.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers.
- Align solutions with client challenges and goals.
- Collaborate on sales and marketing campaigns.
- Document sales activities in the CRM system.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of relevant sales experience.
- Experience in IT solutions, software sales, e-commerce, cloud applications, SaaS, POS, retail, or gastronomy is ideal.
- Experience in the gastronomy sector is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in German and English.
- Experience in outbound sales is an advantage.
