Lightspeed is seeking a Strategic Account Executive to join their Sales team in Berlin. This role focuses on acquiring new business in Germany, specifically targeting high-value clients in the hospitality sector. The Strategic Account Executive will identify, develop, and close strategic deals, contributing significantly to Lightspeed's growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential clients in the hospitality sector.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans.
  • Build a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Conduct product demos.
  • Manage complex sales cycles.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers.
  • Align solutions with client challenges and goals.
  • Collaborate on sales and marketing campaigns.
  • Document sales activities in the CRM system.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of relevant sales experience.
  • Experience in IT solutions, software sales, e-commerce, cloud applications, SaaS, POS, retail, or gastronomy is ideal.
  • Experience in the gastronomy sector is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English.
  • Experience in outbound sales is an advantage.
