Job Description
Lightspeed is seeking a Field Sales Account Executive to join their team in Montpellier, France. This is an opportunity to be one of the first Field Sales Account Executives in the South of France, working with the Field Sales Manager to build a high-performing team. The role involves implementing a strategy that requires a physical presence across Montpellier, actively driving the sales cycle each month, from lead generation to demonstrations to closing deals. The mission is to expand Lightspeed's presence, drive regional success, and contribute to the company's long-term impact in this key market.
What this role involves:
- Converting prospects into successful customers through in-person sales methods.
- Carrying out the whole sales cycle.
- Visiting customers to identify their business challenges & pain points.
- Running in person demonstrations of the retail product.
- Analyzing, reporting and taking action on pipeline metrics.
- Driving performance to consistently meet monthly, quarterly and annual goals.
- Create new business through network events.
Requirements:
- Relevant sales experience in a Field and outbound environment.
- Strong understanding of sales development best practices.
- Ability to manage time effectively and efficiently.
- Excellent customer service and telephone skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed sales targets.
- Fluency in French and English.
- An entrepreneurial and agile mindset.
