Job Description

Lightspeed is seeking a Field Sales Representative to join their team in Utrecht. This role involves transforming how restaurants operate by using a consultative approach to prospect, build relationships, and sign up new restaurateurs. The Field Account Executive will develop customized solutions to help businesses thrive and build the Lightspeed brand in the local area.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate lists of prospective restaurants and manage the entire sales cycle.
  • Conduct demos and develop solutions that meet the prospect’s needs.
  • Partner with teams across the business to ensure expectations are met.
  • Leverage Salesforce CRM to manage all sales activities.
  • Understand the competitive landscape and position Lightspeed effectively.

Requirements:

  • Dutch fluency is a must.
  • Experience in sourcing or closing customers, restaurant operations, or a related field.
  • Ability to be out and about daily in the designated territory.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and team environment.
  • Self-motivated, creative, and flexible.
  • General technical proficiency with software.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM is a plus.
