Lightspeed Commerce is seeking a Partner Enablement Manager to join their Partnerships team in NoAM Retail. This role is pivotal in driving growth by overseeing partner onboarding, equipping new partners for long-term success, and supporting the ongoing upskilling of partners. The Partner Enablement Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver an optimal partner experience.She will act as the point of contact and onboard referral partners, develop enablement resources and training, implement and maintain new workflows, and analyze data to drive improvements. She will also create engaging learning experiences and stay updated on industry trends.What this role involves:

What you need to bring:
  • Proven experience in Strategic Partnerships, Onboarding, Education/Training and/or Sales
  • Strong proficiency in Google Apps, Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, and LMS tools
  • Excellent oral and written English communication skills
  • Ability to handle high volume situations with effective time management
  • Resourceful and adopt a “will-do” attitude
