Lightspeed is seeking a Partnership Channel Manager to join their Partnerships team in NoAM Retail. The ideal candidate will develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective partners to drive revenue growth. This role combines business development, partner enablement, and sales execution, ensuring partners have the tools, training, and incentives to generate high-quality leads and pipelines. The Partnership Channel Manager will lead commercial discussions, negotiate agreements, and oversee a seamless onboarding experience while collaborating closely with referral partners to maximize pipeline and revenue.Responsibilities include:
- Building strategic referral partnerships.
- Developing and managing a high-quality pipeline.
- Leading commercial discussions and negotiating agreements.
- Delivering training and sales support to partners.
- Designing and implementing incentive programs.
- Collaborating with the Strategic Sales team.
- Providing pipeline reporting and forecasts.
Requirements include:
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Experience in outbound sales, partner management, or business development.
- SaaS sales experience in the Retail industry.
- Ability to develop referral partner growth strategies.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong technical proficiency with Salesforce, Mac OS, G Suite, Slack, and Microsoft Office.
