Lightspeed, a leading global SaaS company, is seeking a Partner Growth Manager to drive growth in the DACH region. The Partner Growth Manager will develop strategic partnerships, elevate existing partnerships, and acquire new merchants for Lightspeed. This role involves collaborating with partners to create successful go-to-market strategies and transform ideas into growth stories.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and expand strategic partnerships to accelerate growth.
- Dive deep into partners' business models to identify valuable solutions.
- Orchestrate internal teams from Sales, Marketing, and Product to support partners.
- Drive revenue growth through partner deals and manage the pipeline.
- Continuously optimize collaboration through performance reviews.
- Organize co-marketing initiatives and partner events.
Requirements:
- Passion for partner management and business development.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in partnerships, sales, or B2B (SaaS background preferred).
- Entrepreneurial mindset and strategic vision.
- Strong negotiation skills and relationship-building abilities.
- Fluency in German and English.
- Desire to shape and influence outcomes.
