Remote is seeking a Payroll Specialist Lead to join their Global Payroll Operations Team. Role involves:
Acting as a subject matter expert for Finland payroll.
Managing relationships with stakeholders in Payroll Implementation, Finance, Product, and Engineering.
Processing full end-to-end payroll, statutory filings, and compliance.
Ensuring data integrity and quality.
Focusing on KPIs and SLAs.
Implementing and improving processes.
Mentoring and supporting payroll specialists.
Backing up regional managers during absences.
Requirements:
Payroll management or equivalent experience.
Knowledge of payroll best practices.
Proficiency in software tools like SAP, Excel / Google Sheet.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, international work environment.
Excellent English communication skills.
