Role involves:
  • Acting as a subject matter expert for Finland payroll.
  • Managing relationships with stakeholders in Payroll Implementation, Finance, Product, and Engineering.
  • Processing full end-to-end payroll, statutory filings, and compliance.
  • Ensuring data integrity and quality.
  • Focusing on KPIs and SLAs.
  • Implementing and improving processes.
  • Mentoring and supporting payroll specialists.
  • Backing up regional managers during absences.

Requirements:
  • Payroll management or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of payroll best practices.
  • Proficiency in software tools like SAP, Excel / Google Sheet.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, international work environment.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
