Remote is seeking a Payroll Specialist Lead to join their Global Payroll Operations Team. This role is fully remote and based in Switzerland. The ideal candidate will manage payroll processes, ensure compliance, and improve existing processes.Remote is solving modern organizations’ biggest challenge – navigating global employment compliantly with ease. Act as a subject matter expert for Switzerland payroll.
Manage relationships with stakeholders in Payroll Implementation, Finance, Product, and Engineering.
Process full end-to-end payroll, statutory filings, and compliance.
Ensure data integrity and quality.
Focus on KPIs and SLAs.
Implement and improve processes.
Mentor and support payroll specialists.
Back up regional managers during absences.
Requirements:
Payroll management experience.
Knowledge of payroll best practices.
Proficiency in software tools like SAP, Excel / Google Sheet.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, international environment.
