Remote is seeking a Payroll Specialist Lead to manage payroll operations in the United Arab Emirates. This role involves end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance. What this role involves: - Managing relationships with key stakeholders.
- Processing full end-to-end payroll in-house.
- Ensuring compliance with DMCC, MOL, or WPS requirements.
- Maintaining data integrity and quality.
- Implementing and improving processes.
- Mentoring and supporting payroll specialists.
What candidate should bring: - In-house payroll management experience in UAE.
- Hands-on experience with DMCC, MOL, or WPS workflows.
- Knowledge of payroll best practices.
- Proficiency in software tools like SAP, Excel / Google Sheet.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, international work environment.
- Fluent English.
