Remote is seeking a Payroll Specialist Lead to manage payroll operations in the United Arab Emirates. This role involves end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance. • Managing relationships with key stakeholders.
• Processing full end-to-end payroll in-house.
• Ensuring compliance with DMCC, MOL, or WPS requirements.
• Maintaining data integrity and quality.
• Implementing and improving processes.
• Mentoring and supporting payroll specialists.

What candidate should bring:

• In-house payroll management experience in UAE.
• Hands-on experience with DMCC, MOL, or WPS workflows.
• Knowledge of payroll best practices.
• Proficiency in software tools like SAP, Excel / Google Sheet.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, international work environment.
• Fluent English.
