Job Description
Remote is seeking a Senior People Partner to join their People team. This role is crucial in supporting Remote's growth by focusing on employee relations, leadership coaching, and contributing to people enablement strategies. The Senior People Partner will work closely with the People team to lead employee relations conversations, act as a partner and coach to leadership, and contribute to the creation and iteration of resources, programs and tools implemented for employees along with the over-all people enablement strategy. This is a fully remote position within the EMEA region.
Role involves:
- Acting as a partner and coach to leadership.
- Managing and resolving employee relations issues.
- Contributing to initiatives and strategies for global growth.
- Serving as a resource for internal employees.
- Collaborating with colleagues globally.
- Partnering with leaders on various topics.
- Owning and executing the global offboarding process.
- Mentoring fellow People team members.
- Analyzing people data and trends.
- Contributing to Remote's Handbook.
Requirements:
- Experience in a People team, with experience in a People Partner capacity, supporting a global organization.

- Proven ability to solve complex problems.
- Ability to support and influence across all departments.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluent English.
