GTM Engineer, Revenue Operations

Remote is seeking a GTM Engineer to join their Revenue Operations team. This role is crucial for designing, managing, and scaling Remote’s GTM technology, directly impacting sales efficiency and quota achievement. • Designing and maintaining a robust GTM tech stack.
• Implementing automated workflows to boost efficiency and scalability.
• Developing robust reporting mechanisms and conducting ROI analyses.
• Ensuring data accuracy and integrity across GTM systems.
• Collaborating with Sales, Revenue Operations, and Technology teams.
• Analyzing product offerings and customer data to create Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs).
• Continuously measuring and optimizing GTM systems to align with revenue goals.

What Remote is looking for:

• Extensive experience in a revenue operations or systems role, ideally in the B2B SaaS industry.
• Deep hands-on experience with GTM technology stacks, including CRM systems, sales engagement tools, and automation platforms.
• Proficiency in SQL and at least one scripting language (Python, JavaScript).
• Proven track record in leading and completing projects successfully.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilities.
