GTM Engineer, Revenue Operations

Job Description

Remote is seeking a GTM Engineer to join their Revenue Operations team. This role is pivotal in designing, managing, and scaling Remote’s GTM technology, directly impacting sales efficiency and quota achievement. The GTM Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales Leadership, to drive critical sales initiatives and solve complex problems.Remote values a culture of asynchronous work, empowering team members to balance strategic planning with tactical execution while maintaining autonomy in their workflow.What this role involves:

• Designing and maintaining a robust GTM tech stack.
• Developing reporting mechanisms and conducting ROI analyses.
• Collaborating with Sales, Revenue Operations, and Technology teams.
• Analyzing product offerings and customer data to create Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs).
• Continuously measuring and optimizing GTM systems.

What you bring:

• Extensive experience in a revenue operations or systems role, ideally in the B2B SaaS industry.
• Deep hands-on experience with GTM technology stacks, including CRM systems, sales engagement tools, AI-driven prospecting tools, and automation platforms.
• Proficiency in SQL and at least one scripting language (Python, JavaScript).
• Proven track record in leading and completing projects successfully.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
