GTM Engineer, Revenue Operations

Job Description

Remote is seeking a GTM Engineer to join their Revenue Operations team. This role is focused on designing, managing, and scaling Remote’s GTM technology to enhance sales efficiency and quota achievement. The GTM Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales Leadership, to drive critical sales initiatives related to pricing, packaging, sales processes, and methodology.Remote is a company that helps modern organizations navigate global employment compliantly with ease. • Designing and maintaining a robust GTM tech stack.
• Developing reporting mechanisms and conducting ROI analyses.
• Collaborating with Sales, Revenue Operations, and Technology teams.
• Analyzing product offerings and customer data to create Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs).
• Continuously measuring and optimizing GTM systems to align with revenue goals.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in a revenue operations or systems role, ideally in the B2B SaaS industry.
• Hands-on experience with GTM technology stacks, including CRM systems, sales engagement tools, AI-driven prospecting tools, and automation platforms.
• Proficiency in SQL and at least one scripting language (Python, JavaScript).
• Proven track record in leading and completing projects successfully.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
