What the candidate should bring:

• Extensive experience in operations, preferably in business, revenue, or sales operations.
• Proven ability to collaborate with technical teams.
• Experience with tools like LeanData, Zapier, or Camunda.
• BSc/MSc degree in Management, Business, or a similar field.
• Excellent problem-solving, project management, and organizational skills.
• Deep SFDC expertise and knowledge of enterprise SaaS tools.
• Understanding of process design and a drive for efficiency.
• Data-driven and continuous improvement mindset.
• Previous experience with Business Process Methodologies (BPM) preferred.
