Job Description
Remote is seeking a Senior RevOps Process Specialist to enhance sales processes and streamline operations. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, applying Business Process Methodologies, and implementing scalable solutions within a fast-paced environment. The Senior RevOps Processes Specialist will report to Manager, Revenue Operations Processes & Policies.
Responsibilities: - Lead sales process improvement initiatives.
- Implement new processes across systems.
- Identify and evaluate opportunities for process automation.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system integration.
- Monitor process adoption and data compliance.
- Document and create a knowledge repository for sales support.
- Maintain data integrity within customer records.
- Develop best practices for sales data quality.
Requirements: - Extensive experience in operations, preferably in business, revenue, or sales operations.
- Proven ability to collaborate with technical teams to design scalable processes within Salesforce, HubSpot, and other systems.
- Experience utilizing tools such as LeanData, Zapier, Camunda, or similar.
- BSc/MSc degree in Management, Business, or a similar field.
- Excellent problem-solving, project management, and organizational skills.
- Expertise in all phases of a project lifecycle.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to balance multiple priorities.
- Advanced experience in root-cause analysis.
- Deep SFDC expertise and knowledge of enterprise SaaS tools.
- Good understanding of process design and attention to detail.
- Data-driven and continuous improvement mindset.
- Previous experience with Business Process Methodologies (BPM) preferred.
