Remote is seeking an Outbound Sales Development Representative for future opportunities within the Benelux region and France. This role is a part of Remote's Future Opening pipeline initiative, designed to connect with exceptional professionals in anticipation of strategic growth in 2025 and beyond. The role involves helping prospective and active customers fully experience Remote’s Global HR Platform, responding to inquiries, and maximizing the use of Remote’s product suite to meet employment needs.   • Responding to, engaging, and qualifying outbound leads and inquiries.
  • Sourcing new sales prospects and booking appointments for Account Executives.
  • Clearly communicating Remote's value propositions to prospects.
  • Providing support to the Account Executive team.
  • Creating target prospect lists and penetrating key accounts.
  • Cold calling into prospects generated by various sources.
  • Identifying key players, researching business requirements, and presenting solutions.
Requirements:
  • Fluent level of Dutch OR French and English.
  • Proven business development success using core sales tools (SalesForce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, Lusha).
  • Previous experience as an SDR in a B2B SaaS Tech company.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and tactically.
  • Self-motivated with a diligent work ethic.
