Remote is seeking a Manager of Sales Enablement to join their team. What this role involves: - Managing team projects to a high standard using SCRUM or OKR frameworks.
- Creating and maintaining sales training content for AE, SC, and AM teams.
- Identifying company goals and aligning team activities accordingly.
- Building relationships with key stakeholders and executives.
- Supporting the development of the Revenue Enablement Quarterly Roadmap.
- Leading and executing core projects related to product launches and sales processes.
What you bring: - Solid years in sales enablement, sales, revenue operations, or training in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.
- Experience in a team lead or people management role.
- Proven experience contributing to revenue growth at $200M, $500M, or $1B stages.
- Strong project management skills with experience in SCRUM or OKRs.
- Experience developing training content and collaborating cross-functionally.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and facilitation skills.
- Strong analytical skills to assess training impact and drive improvements.
- Familiarity with enablement tools like Highspot, Showpad, Docebo, WorkRamp, or similar LMS.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and collaboration tools like Notion.
- Fluent in English.
