Job Description
Remote is seeking a Sales Enablement Program Coordinator to support the design and execution of sales onboarding and training programs. This role offers hands-on experience in a fast-growing, global tech company and exposure to sales leadership and cross-functional teams. The coordinator will contribute to revenue growth by building and scaling training programs, managing live and asynchronous training formats, and tracking training milestones.

Role involves:
  • Supporting, creating, and coordinating Remote’s Sales Onboarding program.
  • Overseeing new hire training experiences, including content development and live session scheduling.
  • Partnering with team leads to identify enablement needs and propose creative solutions.
  • Building and executing ongoing training programs to address skill gaps.
  • Tracking training milestones and analyzing data on program effectiveness.
  • Maintaining learning resources and contributing to the internal enablement library.
  • Assisting in organizing and delivering live training sessions (virtually).
  • Managing both asynchronous and synchronous training formats.

Requirements:
  • 1+ years of project management experience in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.
  • Comfort working with cross-functional teams and strong organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to build and scale training programs that contribute to revenue growth.
  • Engaging facilitation and presentation skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to track, measure, and report on the success of training programs.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Notion, or any LMS.
  • Proficiency in reporting tools such as Sigma, Docebo Reporting, and Salesforce.
  • Fluent English with clear communication skills.
