Financial Systems Manager, Zuora

Job Description

Vimeo is seeking a Financial Systems Manager to support Zuora, Salesforce integrations, and other 3rd party financial systems like Oracle. The Financial Systems Manager will lead cross-system implementation, support, and testing initiatives, assist with system controls, and manage helpdesk tickets. This role involves working with finance, accounting, and Salesforce teams, as well as a global user community.Responsibilities include:

• Supporting Zuora and related financial system changes, including documentation and testing.
• Participating in technical discussions and defining requirements for projects interfacing with billing.
• Providing expertise in business process automation using custom Zuora workflows.
• Building custom reports for cross-functional teams.
• Performing Zuora system administration tasks.
• Creating process flow documentation and assisting with user training.
• Partnering with data and development teams for reporting and API guidance.
• Collaborating with internal audit for system controls.
• Managing daily helpdesk tickets and troubleshooting system issues.
• Ensuring operational excellence and maintaining process documentation.
• Communicating with stakeholders on status, risks, and issues.
• Maintaining high levels of customer service.

Requirements:

• BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Accounting, or Finance.
• 6+ years of direct Zuora Billing and Zuora Revenue (RevPro) system experience as an administrator.
• Salesforce experience preferred.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Experience with Zuora CPQ, global companies, SOX control management, and helpdesk support.
• Good communication skills and experience with system development life cycle.
