Vimeo is seeking a Software Engineer III to join their team in Bengaluru, India. The ideal candidate will be passionate about programming, possess strong coding skills, and stay updated with the latest technology trends. This role involves designing and developing high-quality software, collaborating within an Agile team, and participating in the full development lifecycle. The engineer will focus on developing the core IAM platform for Vimeo accounts and authorization, building scalable solutions, and ensuring the best technical design.

Requirements:

• BTech / MTech in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in backend technologies (Golang/PHP/Java).
• Good Database Knowledge (MySQL, Oracle, Redis, Memcache, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with Design, Coding, Debugging, and Testing.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Very good knowledge of Algorithms, Data structures, and Time Complexities.
• Very good knowledge of OOPS and Design patterns.
• Good understanding of cloud technologies.
• Fair knowledge of frontend technologies like React.
• Willingness to learn and experiment with new technology.
