Web Platform Operations Contractor

Job Description

Vimeo is seeking a Web Platform Operations Contractor to join its Platform Enablement team. This role involves assisting marketing stakeholders with their data needs, from platform configuration and data collection to performance data visualization and operational monitoring. The contractor will work within various platforms and with data generated by the team in external tools. Data validation and troubleshooting will be essential to ensure data fidelity.

The ideal candidate will be a collaborative team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of understanding and communicating advanced operational concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Tagging and Measurement Configuration
• Traffic Reporting and Visualization
• Data Validation and Troubleshooting
• Engineering and Analytics Ticket Management
• Outage Monitoring and Alerting

Requirements:

• An understanding of how data is collected and leveraged through digital and traditional channels in a SaaS Marketing organization.
• Understanding of B2B and B2C prospect and customer lifecycles is a plus.
• A positive attitude and eagerness to learn from and develop with the stakeholders you support.
• Experience collaborating with Engineering and Analytics teams to achieve shared goals and results for your stakeholders.
• 3 to 4 years in a Marketing or Web Operations role supporting similar goals.
• Proficiency in SQL and Data Visualization tools (Tableau or Looker).
• Experience owning GTM, GA4, EPPO, Amplitude and tools of that nature.
• A sense of ownership - capable of independently initiating and driving projects from beginning to end.
