Job Description

Vimeo is seeking a highly motivated Senior Customer Success Manager to cultivate relationships with Enterprise clients in the Greater Tokyo Metropolitan Area. The role involves driving customer loyalty, retention, and growth within Vimeo's Enterprise product line. This position offers an opportunity to develop leadership skills and mentor team members.

What this role involves:

  • Overseeing a portfolio of Vimeo's Enterprise clients.
  • Understanding and anticipating clients' evolving business needs.
  • Strengthening client relationships through ongoing communication.
  • Proactively managing customer pipeline and renewals.
  • Conducting online and in-person Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
  • Communicating effectively with C-level executives.
  • Actively contributing to the improvement of customer success processes.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to mitigate churn risk.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role within the SaaS industry.
  • Proven track record of success in Enterprise Customer Success Management.
  • Strong leadership potential.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage complex projects effectively.
  • Thorough working knowledge of video communication technologies.
  • Native-level Japanese reading and writing skills, and fluency in English.

Bonus Points For:

  • Online Video Platform (OVP) experience.
  • Knowledge of live streaming technologies.
  • Experience managing a $2MM+ Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) book of business.
  • Experience in a high-growth environment.
