Industrious is seeking a Member Experience Manager for their London location. This is an in-person role, requiring the candidate to be on-site 5 days a week and live within an easy commute of the city. The Member Experience Manager will be the primary point of contact for members, responsible for problem-solving, driving momentum, and creating exceptional experiences. They will manage the location, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication. The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and a passion for connecting with the local business community. They will also be adept at consultative sales, identifying and addressing members' needs.
