IT Projects & Support Lead

Job Description

Industrious is seeking an IT Projects & Support Lead to join their TechOps team in London. This role is crucial for providing expert IT support and contributing to technical project execution. The ideal candidate will ensure the seamless setup and support of IT, networking, AV systems, and security for new coworking spaces, as well as upgrading existing tech infrastructure.He/She will be based in London and will be required to be in the office at least 4 days a week, with occasional travel to other offices in and outside of London, and potentially outside of the UK.Role involves:

• Assisting in project planning and execution.
• Providing IT support and troubleshooting.
• Managing network services and hardware.
• Facilitating communication with vendors/suppliers.

Requirements:

• Experience with IT support tasks and network configurations.
• Understanding of networking technology and hardware.
• Knowledge of audio-visual and security services.
• Familiarity with technical project management tools.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
