Member Experience Associate - San Francisco

Job Description

Industrious is seeking a Member Experience Associate to be the heart of the member experience in their San Francisco location. This role involves creating great days for members by preparing the office, managing inventory, building events, assisting with IT issues, and participating in local marketing events. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about building relationships and community.

Role Involves:

• Preparing the office for the day, including brewing coffee and stocking amenities.
• Managing inventory and ordering supplies.
• Building events and designing signage.
• Adding new members into systems.
• Assisting members with IT or wifi issues.
• Participating in local marketing events.

Requirements:

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks requiring lifting up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, and walk for extended periods.
• Capable of operating machines and appliances.
• Ability to participate in food preparation and cleaning duties.
• Ensure work areas are kept sanitary and all safety protocols are followed.
