Senior Technical Instructor

dbt Labs is seeking a Senior Technical Instructor to join their training team. This role focuses on developing curriculum and delivering instruction on dbt Cloud to customers, partners, and GSIs.

The Senior Technical Instructor will:

• Deliver live instruction to train and onboard dbt Cloud users.
• Create engaging learning environments, initially remote and potentially in-person.
• Teach and demo new concepts and skills.
• Facilitate live co-development sessions.
• Provide feedback to improve curriculum.
• Become a product expert with dbt.
• Build curriculum independently.
• Gather and implement feedback.

The ideal candidate should have:

• A Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 4+ years of experience as a data analyst or related role.
• Experience with Alteryx or similar tools.
• Ability to create engaging learning environments.
• Clear communication skills.
• Experience developing curricula.
