Job Description
dbt Labs is seeking an Enterprise Sales Director to manage their enterprise customer base in Singapore. The role is remote-based in Singapore.

Role involves:

  • Building, managing, and closing a pipeline of companies.
  • Managing and deepening the dbt Cloud footprint in existing accounts.
  • Engaging with technology partners and ecosystem service providers.
  • Leading and contributing to team projects to develop the sales process.
  • Working with product to build and maintain the dbt Cloud enterprise roadmap.
  • Focusing on building and managing pipeline generation.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years closing experience in technology sales.
  • Proven track record of exceeding annual targets.
  • Ability to understand complex technical concepts.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Diligence and organizational skills to work long sales cycles.
  • Ability to operate in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for being an inclusive teammate.
  • Experience with SQL or willingness to learn.
