Gong is looking for a Senior Product Designer to create innovative solutions. The Senior Product Designer will drive user experience, develop concepts, and act as a user advocate. They will work with the product team and engineers and refine UI pattern libraries. Gong operates in a flexible hybrid work model and trusts and empowers its employees to solve complex problems.
The role involves:
- Driving user experience and design of one of Gong’s key product areas
- Developing concepts and wireframes
- Delivering detailed designs
- Acting as the user advocate
- Helping develop and manage UI pattern libraries and guidelines
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in designing flows, experiences, and UI for web and mobile products, preferably in B2B SaaS
- Proficiency in prototyping tools
- Creative mindset and problem-solving skills
- Experience with user research methodologies and testing practices
- Proficiency in Figma and other design tools (an advantage)
- A related degree (an advantage)
- Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- High level of English proficiency
- Portfolio of recent work
