Senior Business Analyst

Job Description

Rocket Lab is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join their IT team, supporting the global supply chain organization and ERP users. This role is based onsite at Rocket Lab's Headquarters in Long Beach, CA. The Senior Business Analyst will work with existing ERP supply chain business analysts to design and deploy new ERP supply chain solutions to support the growing Rocket Lab Business and supply chain goals. They will also partner with the global Rocket Lab ERP support and development team to ensure global ERP and business process standards are maintained, developed, and improved. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing and supply chain ERP systems.What this role involves:

• Delivering support to global supply chain teams using Rocket Lab LN ERP systems.
• Designing and deploying new ERP supply chain solutions.
• Enabling the rollout of LN ERP supply chain systems across Rocket Lab.
• Partnering with the global ERP support and development team.
• Building partnerships with operations, finance, and engineering teams.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience supporting manufacturing and supply chain ERP system users.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (9+ years total work experience).
• 5+ years of business analyst experience delivering ERP improvements and solutions.
