TransferGo, a fintech company committed to providing affordable financial services for migrants, is seeking a HR Business Partner. This role is based in Vilnius, Lithuania, and operates on a hybrid work model, partnering with business leaders across the UK and EU. The HR Business Partner will be instrumental in shaping the employee experience, coaching managers, and embedding the company's values.

Role Involves:
  • Coaching and advising leaders on performance and engagement.
  • Addressing employee relations issues.
  • Partnering on people programs like onboarding and performance management.
  • Supporting team changes and aligning people strategy with business goals.
  • Acting as a cultural ambassador.
  • Analyzing people data for decision-making.
  • Ensuring legal compliance and regional consistency.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a People Partner or HR Business Partner.
  • Experience in a fast-growing or tech environment.
  • Comfortable coaching senior managers.
  • Strategic and solutions-focused with strong business acumen.
  • Knowledge of LT labor law (UK labor law a plus).
  • Confident in a hybrid setup with distributed teams.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
