Job Description

VTEX is seeking a Business Operations Junior Analyst to join its Growth structure in São Paulo. This role involves gathering data, building metrics, and creating reports to aid leadership in decision-making. The Business Operations Analyst will work with financial and operational data, support sales strategy discussions, and contribute to the development of new features in the systems used by the Growth team.VTEX is a composable and complete commerce platform trusted by 2,600 global B2C and B2B clients.Responsibilities:

• Collect and analyze financial and operational data.
• Contribute to the development of new features in systems.
• Create and maintain performance reports.
• Support sales strategy discussions.
• Provide support to Growth Leadership with sales data.

Requirements:

• Advanced or Fluent English.
• Experience with Data Analysis and programming.
• Previous experience in financial and operational data analysis.
• Strong skills in creating and analyzing performance reports and key metrics.
• Experience with automation tools, such as Zapier and Power Automate, CRM, CLM, marketing tools is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
