Job Description
VTEX is seeking an Alliances Analyst to support the execution of go-to-market strategies developed by Alliances Managers for Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), especially in advertising, marketplaces, and payments. The Alliances Analyst will ensure partners’ daily operations are up to date, maintaining clear, frequent, and proactive communication to drive strong relationships and operational excellence. The ideal candidate is data-driven, analytical, and thrives in cross-functional environments, contributing to revenue growth and seamless ISV integrations with the VTEX platform. This role involves:
  • Supporting the execution of go-to-market strategies.
  • Ensuring partners’ daily operations are up to date.
  • Maintaining clear and frequent communication.
  • Driving strong relationships and operational excellence.
  • Contributing to revenue growth.
  • Facilitating seamless ISV integrations with the VTEX platform.
VTEX requires:
  • A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in Partnership Management or Account Management, preferably in advertising, payments, or marketplaces.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and make data-based decisions.
  • Willingness to learn and evolve on the understanding of the VTEX platform and commerce.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English.
  • Advanced Spanish is preferred.
  • Digital commerce experience preferred.
