Job Description

VTEX is seeking a Demand Generation Director to lead strategic initiatives for brand growth and demand generation globally. Reporting to the Global VP of Marketing, this role requires strong leadership and the ability to operate under pressure. The ideal candidate will oversee demand generation, digital presence, and owned channels, managing the corporate website and leading external agencies. This position strengthens brand awareness, optimizes paid media, and drives high-impact campaigns.

Role involves:

  • Leading the global corporate website strategy and ensuring continuous improvements in performance, SEO, UX, and conversion.
  • Leading strategic paid media campaigns, with a strong focus on LinkedIn Ads for acquisition and engagement.
  • Leading campaigns to increase brand awareness and presence in the U.S.
  • Working closely with Product Marketing, Sales, Marketing Campaigns, Strategic Alliances, and regional marketing teams.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B marketing with a strong background in brand strategy, demand generation, and digital marketing.
  • Deep knowledge of paid media strategies, particularly LinkedIn Ads, and campaign optimization.
  • Experience in content marketing and owned channel strategies.
  • Strong SEO, CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), and website management expertise.
  • Ability to define and execute global campaign distribution strategies.
  • Experience managing media accounts and strategic partnerships.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to measure impact and optimize performance.
  • Full proficiency in English. Spanish is desirable.
  • 6+ years of experience leading high performance teams is required
