Job Description
VTEX is seeking a HR Junior Analyst to join their Talent Comms and Rituals team. This role is based in Rio de Janeiro and will focus on delivering meaningful internal rituals for employees, partnering with colleagues to source content, ensuring the technical quality of events, and organizing the onboarding journey for new employees. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, analytical, and fluent in both English and Portuguese. Spanish is a plus.
Role Involves:
- Delivering internal rituals for employees.
- Partnering with colleagues to source content and craft narratives.
- Ensuring the technical quality of events.
- Providing essential information to new employees.
- Organizing rehearsals for live events.
- Maintaining knowledge management for operations.
- Organizing and monitoring the onboarding journey.
- Embedding culture, values, and vision into events.
Requirements:
- Based in Rio de Janeiro/RJ.
- Available to work from the Botafogo office when needed.
- Experience in executive support, university recruiting, or employee onboarding preferred.
- Strong sense of responsibility.
- Highly organized and disciplined.
- Proficient in Google Sheets and Excel.
- Analytical and process-driven.
- Fluent in English and Portuguese.
