Billing Operations Analyst

Job Description

Weni by VTEX is seeking a Billing Operations Analyst to join their Customer Growth team. The analyst will ensure the financial and operational efficiency of the Weni platform through accurate customer billing, contract management, and cost control.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate and timely billing for all Weni clients.
• Conduct regular audits to identify active accounts without a valid contract.
• Work closely with the Sales and Customer Success teams to resolve contractual issues.
• Monitor and analyze operational costs, identifying opportunities for optimization.
• Develop periodic reports with insights and proposals for financial and operational improvements.
• Support the development of automated billing and contractual compliance processes.
• Review and ensure the accuracy of variable compensation calculations based on billed contracts.

Requirements:

• Experienced in Billing, Revenue Assurance, Financial Operations, or similar areas.
• Familiar with SaaS platforms and related technologies.
• Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to propose practical and efficient solutions to operational challenges.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for financial analysis and management reporting.
