Job Description

VTEX is seeking a Customer Success Analyst for its Weni by VTEX division. The Customer Success Analyst will focus on ensuring client satisfaction, driving expansion, and fostering client advocacy. They will cultivate strong relationships with clients, including C-Level executives, to understand their needs and showcase the value of Weni by VTEX solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure ongoing customer engagement and maximize product usage.
  • Negotiate contract renewals and expansions (Upsell).
  • Lead strategic meetings with clients, offering technical solutions.
  • Monitor customer health, anticipating risks and identifying growth opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Adaptability and quick learning skills.
  • Technical mindset for problem-solving.
  • Knowledge or experience in Retail, Marketplace, Digital Commerce, or Omnichannel.
  • Technical and analytical mindset.
  • Digital commerce expertise.
  • Fluency in English.
