Associate Director, Community/Creator Partnerships

Job Description

Whalar is seeking an Associate Director for Community/Creator Partnerships to lead their creator and talent network in the DACH region. The role involves fostering relationships within community networks and identifying new opportunities to grow Whalar's presence. The Associate Director will oversee the execution of creator campaigns, ensuring sourcing and vetting projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards. They will also review client- and creator-facing materials and represent the team in high-level meetings.

• Lead creator selection efforts for large-scale campaigns.
• Expand Whalar’s creator and talent network in the DACH region.
• Uphold best practices and ensure high-quality execution across all projects.
• Partner with senior leadership to align team efforts with Whalar’s goals.
• Mentor and lead Managers and Executives.

• 7+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a leadership role.
• Deep understanding of the creator economy and a strong network in the creator space.
• Keen attention to detail and strong time and project management skills.
• Demonstrated resilience and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop teams.
• Fluency in German at a native or near-native level.
