Senior Display Account Manager

Job Description

Pacvue is seeking a Senior Display Media Account Manager to develop and execute digital media strategies for clients. The Senior Display Media Account Manager will drive business results through relationship building, develop an understanding of client business goals, and provide reporting and analytics.

This role focuses on Amazon DSP, with training responsibilities to educate clients on DSP best practices and integrate DSP campaigns into a cohesive advertising program. The ideal candidate will deliver an excellent client experience and execute strategically and tactically to deliver growth for Pacvue clients across retail media platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Fully own the client relationship, build rapport, demonstrate transparency, and deliver results.
• Develop strategic growth plans, gain client alignment, and execute.
• Measure strategy efficacy through regular reporting.
• Highlight incremental sales opportunities.
• Develop annual budget recommendations.
• Develop a marketing calendar.
• Leverage Pacvue technology.
• Prepare performance reports, analyze trends, and benchmark competition.
• Maximize retailer share, revenue, and profitability.
• Create strategic retail media plans for new product launches.
• Act as Amazon DSP expert.
• Report, analyze, and communicate with Pacvue and client management teams.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 5+ years’ experience in eCommerce advertising, marketing, or sales, and/or digital marketing.
• 5+ years previous client-facing account management experience.
• In-depth knowledge of display media advertising, with prior Amazon DSP experience.
• Understanding of how retail media, sales, and operations work together.
• Proven track record in relationship building and account management.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to extract actionable recommendations from data.
• Moderate Excel and PowerPoint skills.
