Gong is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to play a crucial role in ensuring prospects and customers have a high-quality experience with the company's Revenue Intelligence Platform. The Sales Engineer will serve as a strategic resource, solving complex use cases and acting as a trusted advisor.

Responsibilities:
  • Work alongside Sales and Customer Success teams.
  • Understand and demo the Gong platform.
  • Advise prospects and customers.
  • Assist with Business Assessments (POCs, Pilots).
  • Deliver solution-based demos.
  • Create content for leveraging Gong.
  • Solve complex requirements.
  • Assist with RFPs and questionnaires.
  • Work cross-functionally to get deals across the line.
  • Partner with Marketing on demand generation.
  • Contribute reusable assets.
  • Share customer feedback to influence product roadmap.

Requirements:
  • 4-6 years of customer-facing experience in sales engineering.
  • Experience with sales technology, cloud architecture, or telephony/web conferencing systems.
  • Experience with data flows, AI/ML concepts, analytics, APIs/webhooks, or JSON.
  • Understanding of security and privacy pertaining to SaaS systems.
  • Business understanding of GTM sales teams and processes.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Passion for technology and problem-solving.
