Job Description

Vonage is seeking an Operations Analyst to join their Customer Operations Team in Mexico City. The Operations Analyst will work cross-functionally with the sales team to ensure optimal customer onboarding. This role involves liaising with various operational teams to find innovative solutions to customer problems, enhancing the customer onboarding journey.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring smooth operation of all processes relating to customer onboarding
  • Establishing and maintaining trusted and collaborative working relationships with internal and external teams
  • Proactively responding to internal and external customer queries in a timely manner
  • Actively identifying process improvement areas and solutions
  • Managing set up activities in several dashboard systems
  • Transforming and automating manual processes

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal
  • 3+ years of related experience, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment
  • Technically savvy
  • Experience with project management
  • Process oriented and adaptable
  • Customer focused
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, global & multicultural environment
