Frontend Software Engineer

Job Description

Vonage is seeking a Frontend Software Engineer to join their team in Wrocław, Poland. This role involves innovating cloud communications for businesses worldwide. The Software Engineer will contribute to building the infrastructure and business logic for the next generation of unified communication platforms. They will work cross-functionally to understand business requirements and develop accessible and easy-to-use software and systems.

Role involves:

• Creating a secure, scalable service.
• Continuously improving, automating, and monitoring the cloud platform.
• Working on advancing algorithms, including statistical analysis and routing.
• Working on JavaScript with React.js (90%).
• Working on test automation using Playwright (10%).

Requirements:

• A solid development background (3 years +).
• Strong skills in JavaScript (essential).
• Experience or willingness to get involved in test automation.
• Experience, and confidence, working on a cloud-based platform.
• A passion for technology and a willingness to share ideas.
