Vonage is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their team in Madrid, Spain. This role is focused on API/CPaaS solutions, helping businesses accelerate digital transformation through cloud communications. The SDR will be the first point of contact for potential customers, identifying prospects, assessing their needs, and scheduling meetings with the sales team.
The role involves:
- Identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities through outbound prospecting.
- Leveraging sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM software.
- Customizing outreach strategies based on prospect research.
- Educating prospects on Vonage API solutions.
- Maintaining detailed records in the CRM system.
- Collaborating with marketing and sales leadership.
- Achieving monthly targets for qualified meetings.
Vonage requires:
- Fluent Spanish (required), Italian is a big advantage
