Job Description
Vonage is seeking an Enterprise Architect to drive technology vision and strategy for its enterprise IT architecture. Reporting to the CIO, this role is responsible for ensuring a modern, scalable, and secure IT infrastructure. The Enterprise Architect will develop a strategic roadmap, align IT architecture with business processes, and harmonize with Ericsson's technology stack. They will collaborate with key leaders across business, product & engineering, and shared services, providing hands-on architecture leadership and guidance. This role requires exceptional communication and negotiation skills, as well as a strong understanding of SaaS platforms and cloud technologies.
Role involves:
- Developing and driving technology vision and strategy
- Ensuring alignment of IT architecture with business processes
- Collaborating with key leaders across various departments
- Providing hands-on architecture leadership and guidance
- Driving collaboration across functions
Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience in industry, with a background in software engineering, cloud & SaaS
- Experience in architecting solutions that comply with regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Demonstrated industry leadership in building and scaling innovative solutions
