Lead RVT - Eglinton Founding Team

Job Description

Juno Veterinary is seeking a Lead Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) to join their founding team in Toronto. This role involves coaching, developing, and motivating the team of RVTs in the clinic, reporting to the Practice Manager. The Lead RVT will work closely with other leaders to ensure consistency in communication and support, maintaining the highest standard of care for members.

• Support team growth through coaching and collaboration.
• Lead by example, being a student and teacher.
• Identify areas for improvement and celebrate successes.
• Identify talent for RVT recruitment and onboarding.
• Represent the RVT team in leadership discussions.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs and best practices.
• Support continuing education opportunities.
• Coach conflict resolution.
• Support team well-being.
• Assist with inventory supply ordering.
• Foster continuous learning and improvement.

Requirements:

• 3+ years as an RVT.
• Previous leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to create a sense of belonging.
• Interest in growth and development.
